Jennifer is on a mission to make the experience of working better for people. She does this by developing software to make people’s jobs smarter, faster, better, etc.—and by giving her teams at work a better chapter in their careers. After receiving her bachelor’s and masters degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, Jennifer started her career in software product management at Oracle where she designed supply chain management software and developed Oracle’s first Warehouse Management solution.
Jennifer left Oracle for the world of private equity backed software companies, where she has served as Chief Product Officer, Chief Customer Experience Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, she has led efforts to transform the ways companies approach engaging customers, envisioning new products, and designing, launching, and driving growth strategies (both through organic growth and M&A activity–i.e., through buying or combining existing companies). She currently serves on the board of two software companies and consults with them on product management, strategies to enter new markets, and improving the experience of customers.
Jennifer is also a glass-blowing instructor, a textile artist, a TEDx speaker, and a certified judge with the Kansas City Barbecue Society.
